- Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Process:

within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, and include the RMA number (if provided) and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.
- Refund or Exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
