This live in person 45 DAY REBOOT PROGRAM™ is a completely customizable individual one-on-one program designed for your convenience. Your coach works closely with you and at your convenience. No matter where in the world you are, your coach comes to you and remains in your city (or multiple cities) for the duration of the program.
The program bridges the gap between wellness education it provides and practical implementation of the same. Our goal is to help you understand what you are made of, what you need to thrive, and provide effective tools to help you create new habits and start becoming the person you want to be. We do not believe in a quick fix, but rather gradual and sustainable implementation of necessary changes.

VANJA LUKOVIĆ
Vanja Luković is a co-founder and a former co-owner of Forma Gym and current founder and owner of ekspresive™, a wellness brand committed to personal empowerment through continuous education, products and services.
Although Vanja has ventured in the area of health and fitness as well as in the world of fashion, film and television she’s chosen wellness/fitness as her profession at an early age, as early as 16 years of age when she began to teach multiple group fitness classes. As of last couple of years Vanja is focusing primarily on building her brand ekspresive™ through offering life, health and fitness coaching programs as well as other products and services with one goal in mind, personal empowerment.
Upon moving to The US in 2001 Vanja completed the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) comprehensive 6 months program consisting of in depth studies of human anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, nutrition, fitness/life coaching as well as studies in Exercise Physiology at WPUNJ in 2007. Vanja has ever since continued her education and practices in the field of health and fitness as well as in mindset including completing coaching programs like Landmark Education, Momentum Education, Odyssey and NLP Empowerment just to name a few.
